By accessing or using QR Queen, you agree to these Terms. If you use QR Queen on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service

QR Queen provides QR-based engagement tools and CRM integrations. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

3. Accounts

You must maintain the security of your account and are responsible for activities under it.

4. Data

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant QR Queen a limited license to process data for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Fees

If applicable, fees are billed per your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

6. Termination

You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QR Queen’s liability is limited to direct damages up to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We’ll notify you of material changes; continued use means acceptance.
