QR Queen collects and processes limited personal data to provide its QR-based engagement service and related CRM integrations. Data processed may include account identification data, workspace membership, integration access tokens, and event data (e.g., scans). We do not sell personal data.
Data we process
- Account identifiers (name, email) and workspace membership
- Integration tokens to connect to third-party services (e.g., Pipedrive)
- QR scan events and associated metadata (non-PII by default)
Use of data
We use data to operate the service, provide integrations, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. For CRM integrations, we act as a processor with respect to your CRM tenant data.
Data retention
We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. Analytics events (QR scans and associated metadata) are retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Backups expire on a rolling basis.
Cookies
QR Queen itself only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the service (authentication, security, storing your cookie choice). The only non-essential third party is the Intercom support chat, which is loaded solely after you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time:
Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Access tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to clients. See our security measures.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small number of hosting and service providers that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. See the list of subprocessors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. To exercise them, contact us at the address below; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
